Knowledgebase articles require login on public customer portal

Problem

If the public user is getting a list of articles from the customer portal, but a log in page is required to read them.

 

Solution

To overcome this, you will need to allow Anonymous access to the knowledgebase articles. and to so, please follow theses steps:

1. Open Space in Confluence

2. Go to Space Settings by clicking on the Cog → Permissions

3. Click on Edit Permissions under Anonymous Access

4. Check View All and then Click Save All
