Portal Look & Feel
The portal is a little difficult to read to when it comes to displaying different customer portals, as Jira Service Desk displays them as list, which is confusing for first time customers
Grid Portal List
To change the original list of portal to a better looking grid, do the following
Select the Jira icon > Jira settings > Apps or Add ons.
Under Tinker for JSD, click Portal Look & Feel
Tick the checkbox Grid portal list

To change the color of background of the customer portal, choose a color using color picker and then click Save
