Customer Request Exporter

This button shall appear on the customer portal to allow them customer to download their requests as CSV file on their machine. The export will only export the fields that are present in the request type screen.

Instructions

  1. Select the Jira icon > Jira settings > Apps or Add ons.

  2. Under Tinker for JSD, click Customer Request Grid

To allow export click on the enable export checkbox

The system auto saves when changing the value of the checkbox (clicking the checkbox)
