Choose the default color for the background of the generated avatar initials. This color will be used for all new users who are assigned an avatar based on their initials.

Select the ⚙ ( Jira settings ) > Manage Apps or Add ons.
Under Avatari section click Avatar Initials Generator
Choose the color of the background for all future avatar generation - by default it would “Random:
Random: Would generate a random background color from the above 7 colors
Changing the default color will not affect existing users with generated avatars. Only newly generated avatar will receive the updated color
