The text option allows you to add any text from system or custom field to the Confluence page

Example

HR

You may add add variables to your page text by choosing the Add Variable which would present all system and custom fields

Once you chosen the variable it would be injected to the Text field above, let’s say we choose Department.

 

This is powered by Apache Velocity Templates, so you may use if statements and many more customization as you can find documentation on Apache Velocity Template in here

and then we add static text to our text field

 

You may test your title after you finish setting it up by choosing an issue from the list

When this workflow action run on issue (JIRA-3) it would generate a title like indicated above.
