Export Custom Fields

To Export the ‘Custom Fields’ : 

 

  1. Press the Export

  1. After pressing the Export button, you will be directed to a new page. This page displays all your Custom Fields, with each page showing 50 Custom Fields at a time. Let's break down this explanation further before proceeding to step 3 :

  • This page serves as an overview of all your organized Custom Fields. It's structured so that each Custom Field is displayed across multiple pages, with 50 Custom Fields appearing on each page. This setup ensures that navigating through your Custom Fields is manageable and straightforward.

  • Regarding the search functionality, you can search for Custom Fields by entering the initial letters of the Custom Field’s name.

  1. Upon selecting items, they will immediately appear on the right-hand side of the interface, allowing you to easily view and manage the items you've chosen.

  1. After pressing the Export button, the export Custom Fields operation will proceed.

4-1. If successful, the file will download automatically. To start a new export, click New Export.

If you select items and then navigate to another page with new results, your previous selections will be cleared or reset.

If you select all items on a page, navigating to a different page will clear or reset those selections.
