This feature enables you to efficiently create and manage groups by importing data from Excel or CSV files directly into your system. By incorporating Bulk Groups into your workflow, you can streamline the group creation process , while also having the option to export group data to Excel files for further use .
To Export the 'Update Page Status' post function to a transition:
1. Press the Export
2. After pressing the Export button, you will be directed to a new page. This page displays all your groups, with each page showing 50 groups at a time. Let's break down this explanation further before proceeding to step 3 :
This page serves as an overview of all your organized groups. It's structured so that each group is displayed across multiple pages, with 50 groups appearing on each page. This setup ensures that navigating through your groups is manageable and straightforward.
Regarding the search functionality, you can search for groups by entering the initial letters of the group's name.
Upon typing out as many letters of the group name as possible, you will only see the count of results equal to the total results available.
Upon selecting items, they will immediately appear on the right-hand side of the interface, allowing you to easily view and manage the items you've chosen.
After pressing the Export button, the export groups operation will proceed.
4-1. If successful, the file will download automatically. To start a new export, click New Export.

Below the table, you'll find information regarding the search results. Specifically, it shows the count of results compared to the original total results. Additionally, there's a message indicating that for more results, you should refine your search by including more letters. Therefore, it's advisable to type out as many letters of the group name as possible to ensure you find what you're looking for.
If you select items and then navigate to another page with new results, your previous selections will be cleared or reset.
If you select all items on a page, navigating to a different page will clear or reset those selections.
If failed , you can try again by clicking New Export or submitting a support ticket.
If a group has users, it will display the users' email addresses or display names.
The name of the export file will be: Export_Groups_date_hours.xlsx.
